During the 2009 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit in January next year, Kia Motors will reveal a new take on the Soul. The brand new concept patterned on the lately unveiled and keenly awaited Soul urban crossover passenger vehicle is not just a re-packaging treatment, as it will display the versatility of the original Soul design initially shown at the 2006 NAIAS. Soul is scheduled to go on sale beginning March 1 2009 in the UK.
Full lineup details, specification and prices are still to be unwrapped but Soul will be offered to UK buyers with fuel-economical 1.6 liter gasoline and 1.6 liter diesel units and with a wide range of customized options. The press conference of Kia Motors for the 2009 NAIAS is set to happen on Sunday, January 11, 2009 from 2:20-2:45 pm.
